Mira Loma is still experiencing a Seller's market. There is still a shortage of inventory for the City of Mira Loma.  There was a slight decrease in the number of homes sold. It went from 30 homes sold in June to 26 homes for the month of July, and then it went up to 29 homes sold for the month of August.

The number of days on the market has been declining steadily until we saw an increase for the month of August. This is an indication that it is taking longer for a home to sell. Some of the reasons are as follows: home prices jumped from $316,376 to over $357,821 and interest rates also increased during the month of August.  Fewer buyers are now approved for mortgage due to recent increases on home prices and interest rates.

We continue to see increase in home prices within the City of Mira Loma. However, homes are taking longer to sell.
