Thanks Will, by the way, I saw on FB the other day a recipe for only pumpkin filling (1 can) and a box of regular yellow cake mix...only 2 ingredients, no water, egg, etc, just combine and bake pumpkin muffins at 350 for 20 to 25 mins....go for it!
