The Arbours at West Goshen. The sign has been there for months, right off of 202 outside of West Chester. The best new place for SENIORS, 55 and better. There are going to be 220 new homes and they are being built by Westrum Development. And what a great spot......!

This is going to be such a wonderful place to live, the first new construction in our area for seniors since the HUGE Hershey Mill that we are all already familiar with.
What is also so special about this neighborhood is the types of houses, the 76 carriage homes and the condo buildings, some of which will overlook the reservoir. It will be gated and there iwill be a community center, a community garden and every home has one floor living and some real nice architectural features.
