Ever heard of RECI? Me neither! It’s a new survey, called the Real Estate Confidence Index, where researches set out to see what real estate professionals think of the current market. According to the recent survey, the real estate confidence index is up 6% from last quarter, at an overall score of 82%. Not bad in my opinion. Take a look at the individual categories to the right to see where your business really shines.
In the Midwest specifically (Michigan is what I am concerned with), the confidence index is right near the United States average at 83%. Of all the regions, the Midwest is most confident that there will be an increase in real estate transactions in the next quarter. Based on what I’ve seen, I’d have to agree!
