“Communication Mastery”

Your level of communication mastery will determine your level of success with others…personally, emotionally, socially and financially.  More Important, the level of success you experience internally---happiness, joy, ecstasy, love or anything else you desire---is the direct result of how you communicate to yourself.  HOW YOU FEEL IS NOT THE RESULT OF WHAT IS HAPPENING IN YOUR LIFE---IT IS YOUR INTERPRETATION OF WHAT IS HAPPENING.  The quality of our lives is determined not by what happens to us, but rather by what we do about it.

            It is important to know that you do not “catch” depression, you have to work at it by creating that attitude, walking around with stooped shoulders, looking down and putting a big frown on your face.  You can change it in 5 seconds by laughing out loud, putting a smile on your face, straighten those shoulders, walk with a purpose and just know that the world is your oyster or soon will be. J
