Can You Hear Me Now?

March is International Listening Awareness Month, a great time to commit to becoming a better listener.  “Listening” is defined as the process of receiving, constructing meaning from, and responding to spoken and/or nonverbal messages, and effective listening is an acquired skill – and one that we can always improve.
