My name is Steven Greathouse and I am the Area Sales Director for Amerisave Mortgage Corporation. I have been very new to the blog and have been trying to figure out what are the best practices to blog the right way. I am new to Networking across the States of America but need to show many people the things that are changing in the Market.

 

Amerisave is a very strong company the has been around for 7-8 years, but they just rolled out their Business Partner Program about 8 months ago, this is where anyone can work from home with experience, in all 50 states with the best pricing and easy to use CRM system. As of January they rolled out a new program for Realtor's to be able to make money on the banking side of the loan. This was wonderful for Realtor's everywhere, the best part is the Realtor just takes the application and submit's it and Amerisave does the rest. Amerisave really wanted more of the purchase money and what better way to get it than to sign the Realtor's up and pay them W-2.

 

For many new things this may scare Realtor's because they think they would have to learn a new business, but that's not the Amerisave way. Amerisave give's you your own personal website where the client can go and get pre-approved their self, all they would have to do is submit it for them. Corporate takes care of sending the RESPA'S out, collecting all the doc's, ordering the appraisal and even if for some reason the deal needs to be restructured, Amerisave will do that for them also. So a Realtor fills out a application and gets paid 50% of the profit, WOW is it really that easy? Yes it really is, Amerisave has been growing in big numbers in every state. Now in some states RESPA won't let the Realtor do Dual Capacity but if you have a friend in the business then you could pass the loans back and forth between one another and keep that purchase money in your pocket instead of giving it to a loan officer for him to make your 6 figure's.

 

The great thing is you could now refi your friends and family instead of giving the loan away to never see much in return. Now I must say one thing and that is everything is not for everybody but if you could put another 6 figure's in you bank a year why wouldn't you? Loan officer make as much as you do on a deal sometimes more, so think if you made 60k last year if you put this system to work for you, you would have made 120k. Now lets do the math for some of the other Realtor's out their, 100k should have been 200k, 200k should have been 400k, 300k should have been 600k!

 

 My question is how many Realtor's will take advantage of this before their competitor does. Thats right a lot of Realtor's are signing up and soon this will be a very common thing, so it just depend's when you will! Here is a little information for you to look over:

This is not intended for other Loan Officer's to get mad at me and send me dirty and nasty emails about how they don't think this is right and how Realtor's shouldn't be able to do loans. The fact is I have been in the Mortgage Industry for 8 years and when I do a loan the for a purchase the whole thing from start to finish take's me about 1 hour, and not that long sometimes but the Realtor is the one who drive's around for hours and weeks showing the home and they get paid less than I do, I just don't think that's fair and now we can really even the table out and give more opportunity.

I would really like to here what Realtor's have to say and what they think. Another thing, we have pre-approval leads that only cost you $2.50 and the people don't have a loan officer nor a Realtor, these work great and my wife loves them because she is a Realtor too. Hope to here from you all! Check out my activerain site for more information if you would like!

 

Also to all Realtor's that have been in the business for some time here is a company that work's for you and pays out 80% with over rides of 5% for every agent. I have read your blog a couple of times Steven, and while you often have an interesting title, it seems to always be the same sales pitch for someone to purchase something from you.  I would suggest, as you start to spread out in this new blogging and networking world that you open up GIVE .  

Give of yourself, your intellect, your ideas, your spirit...who is Steven Greathouse?
