It doesn't matter if you olike the new health care or despise it....one thing for sure is there will be changes.
I have several Dr. friends who have already said they won't work with medicare.
One is going to retire early and open a clinic on his own.
Hopefully, we will still have the choices we want and need.
But, there is one thing I hope we don't see...
A shortage of Real Doctors!
I think Bill we could have as a minimum newly crowded waiting rooms as EVERYONE has coverage and will see the doc for the common cold....

There are a lot of unknowns right now. We will just have to wait and see how this all plays out.
With our clinic's constant changing of doctors, I have met a few doctors that I wish would look something up rather than just guessing.
Hi William....Good one, reminds me when my old Dr arrived at a private clinic to do my vasectomy...He dropped a large hard covered book on my Tummy, and proceeded verbally to look up "Vasectomy"...True Story
I know an animal doctor that works like this. he said it is hard to keep up with all the new ideas.
This could be a problem... have heard of many Doctors wanting to opt out of anything concerning this new plan and medicare.
I have also heard of a doctor who sold his practice and retired early as a result of this. I am anxious to see what the new plans are as we pay a small fortune for a plan with a high deductiblle, but so far the online system keeps crashing on me.
