Lafayette Home Sales Report For August 2013The Lafayette home sales report for August 2013 reflects the strong market throughout the East Bay that is likely to continue through the fall.  Over the last 30 days, inventory of homes for sale has been reduced by almost half.

Of the 34 homes that closed escrow in August (up from 27 in June), 22 were on the market 30 days or less and only 4 were on the market longer than 60 days.
