It's a completely different business model from the traditional companies that are either DEPENDENT (Associates are dependent on the company they work for and have fewer opportunities for accumulating wealth) or INDEPENDENT (Associates have a landlord/tenant relationship with their company. This is an associate-focused environment with limited corporate support.)
