I'd like to get information form agents that are using  www.homefeedback.com.  Is the response from agants on feedback higher than the phone call and trying to track them down.  I have only heard of better resaults. If anyonw is using this service any information would be great.

Mario,

Thanks for the post. I just learned of the company via your post. I typically have the showing agent call me for the appointment. They use a lockbox to access the property, which also gives them the option of providing feedback that is available to me electronically and, their email address is provided, if I wish to contact them, all at no additional cost.

Mario - We use it and our Transaction Manager Nicole Whitman loves it.  Excellent, inexpensive, easy to use tool.

Mario,

You should also check out a company called, www.ProAgentSolutions.com. They provide an AUTOMATED showing/feedback system that downloads your showings directly from Supra or Risco and emails you, your seller and the showing agent with no work by you.  Just enter your listings or import them from the MLS and they take care of the rest.  Give them a try.
