With Loads of vacant, quick delivery, and new construction homes to choose from you need something to make your property stand out from the rest. Staging can be the difference between sold and not sold.  Buyers (and agents/stagers) visit many homes during their search and soon they all start to look alike! Case in point, This property was nice but the features are hiding in a sea of white and open space. The buyer was having a hard time visuallizing furniture placement and scale so they moved on to the next house.  Adding some furniture and a few accents helped buyers easily and quickly see how large the space is and are able to concentrate on the beautiful features the builder has to offer. This home went from been there, seen that (300 days) to SOLD in 10 days!

Fabulous job, Margaret!  Buyers really do have a difficult time visualizing how to use those big wide open spaces.  You made it cozy and welcoming.  Don't you love it when the house sells that fast?

Wonderful job!  Your work so-o-o-o makes the point!  Thanks for sharing with us.

Where do you get your greenery/arrangements?  Do you keep some in inventory, or purchase as needed?  They are a nice addition to the furnishings.

Thanks again! : )

Hello Margaret, hope all is well.  Your work is very appealing.  Your eye for the use of the right furnishings is exceptional.  I really like the reverse color patterns between the rugs in the living room and dinning room.  Very nice.  I did have to chuckle a bit with your comment that "soon they all start to look alike". I swear I have seen Linda do this same house, many times.

Audrey,  Marci,  Thank you!

Diana, Thank you & yes, this property was especially hard because the dinette is typically in the bay but here it was across the kitchen next to the dining room. No one could visualize the dining room table and dinette next to each other. But when you get furniture in there it worked great.

Kathy - Thank you for the feature - always an honor.

Hi Gary! Isn't it the truth! I swear they all start looking alike even to me! Thank you for the kind words.

Susan - Yes I have a lot of trees and greenery in my inventory. I found a great wholesale outlet for trees, home accessories, and custom floral. It is a great resource for those high end homes!  If you have a tax number find your local resources.
