I have a new listing! I am excited.
On another note - I did learn one thing this weekend, always treat family the same as all your clients. I decided to not have a family friend sign a buyer's contract with me, showed them some homes, and they made an offer on one of the homes via ANOTHER realtor! Trust me - that is the worst thing that could happen. To everyone out there - sign everyone up BEFORE showing them houses. It truely is a lesson learned!
