It's a bit extreme, William. Some folks in the bible belt might not take "a like in" to it.
All depends on your market. Obviously he is marketing to single men and/or party people. Definitely not something that would work here.
Forget: Honestly seems silly to me. He might get a lot of 'views' for this home, but are they worth anything?
Well, he's probably not exactly the next great marketing genius, either, Than, although it looks like it might make a nice bachelor pad.
Obviously he has identified his target market. I personally think it's very creative!
It's a unique way to get a buyer's attention, Lyvia. Especially a bachelor. Mason's gotten quite a bit of press from it. And some thumbs up around the nation for his moxie.
