It has been a little while since i have posted here about Woodland Park Colorado Real Estate and people have been asking me how is it going?

Well it has been great things here are picking up but buyer beware there are homes and properties for sale that are way over priced and at this time or any other time you want to make sure you do not make a bad investment weather it is a home you plan to live in or a home or property you plan to buy and resell. Please use a Realtor it cost you nothing so why wouldn't you? If you do not well good luck. Because there are homes and Properties that are way over market price and i have received calls from people that have purchased a place in the past and they want me to sell it for them know., But unfortunately they paid way over what it was worth more than 2 years ago and now they will be lucky to lose 20k yes i said loose 20k.

Do not fall into this yourself, Call a Realtor if you are thinking of purchasing a property in this are or anywhere else in the united states unless of course you like loosing money.

Unfortunately there are sellers all over that want to sell there home or property for way more than it is ever worth. I know of 2 in Divide Colorado that are way way way way over priced and they are for sale by owner but the owner has a real estate license and has them at least 300k over priced so.
