“Another Home Buyer Waive Coming”When I do 6 preapprovals on Tuesday morning, September 3rd, that tells me there are lots of folks now thinking, it is time to buy. I was also able to give out 4 Realtor referrals, 5 home inspector referrals, 1 attorney referral, 1 contractor referral and 2 insurance agent referrals.One of the calls was really surprising. She asked me how long it would take to get preapproved? I asked her how long it would take for her to get me pay stubs and bank statements. She said she can email them in a few minutes. I told her if all looks good, I could handle it in about 30 minutes. She asked me if I was joking.
