Nice video and he has a point. I would like it more if He spent some time explaining why not to overprice it instead of the zoom drama and repeating not to overprice it. I think it would be much more effective.
The message on this video was so simple and so easy - however, I laughed out loud when I watched it!! And the music...it was the song, "The Girl from Ipanema"! Fun and funny!
I think the video is great. Can I use it by posting it on other sites, or send it to clients, and can someone help me make one? I don't understand POD Casts too much
I love Daniels video, I put it on my outside blog ,because I kept thinking it must be here. There was a lot of discussion on BHB about it, Greg trashed it but it is bottom line truth.
It was great.....agree with the others that it would be good for a listing presentation..... Would open the discussion when you have that seller that thinks his property is worth twice what it is.... again great video.
The classic is that sellers PRETEND to love their house so that they will have a reason to overprice it.. IF they REALLY LOVED their house, they WOULD KEEP IT and NOT SELL IT.
Being "NEW to Blogging"... I understand the concept of blogging and am now doing it,, BUT can you explain to me in detail HOW TO VIDEO BLOG??? I'm sure there are many of us out there that are willing but don't understand how to do it.. I'm one of those that takes tons of notes then with practice will get it.. So any help you can share would be appreciated...
