We sent our first notification to our highest rated agents on Feb 22nd. As a result, we received some great feedback. Thank you for all of the great ideas and suggestions. Thanks to you, our partners, we look forward to the mutual success that will be achieved with this new venture.

Here are answers to a few of your questions...

What is EML paying for this service?

$65.00- Unsuccessful (3 trips made to the property with Warm Transfer, no contact or refused to sign)
$85.00- Financial Package (Could be asked to obtain and/or have financials signed)
$100.00- Loan Modification Package (Most used product. Secure signatures and overnight to EML)
$125.00- Both Loan Mod and Financials (Secure signatures and overnight to EML)

(Paydays will fall on the same schedule as BPO payments!)

Will there be short sale opportunities that will result from this?
We are marketing our services to a mixed group of clients. Some of the clients will only be interested in receiving the signed documents. Some of the clients will be looking to perform a short sale or a deed in lieu at a future date.
How will the assignment process work for Loss Mitigation?
Assignments will come in the same fashion as the BPO product. One e mail is sent to the highest rated agent. Agents are also able to see the Find Work feature for available orders.
Will the borrowers know ahead of time what is happening and that we are coming?
Our goal is to market our services to clients that have pre arranged access with their borrowers. We know the key to success is to have everyone on the same page so the process is seamless. We ask for 3 physical attempts to be made in the event there is no response or if there is an access delay/issue.
Will this lead to possible REO listings?
Just like with the BPO product, we market you to the client for potential REO listings in your area. Our clients can see your profile and rating and have the piece of mind that a real estate professional is handling a very important piece of the process.
