Kathleen, this is the lowest inventory of active listings of homes for sale in Tatum Ranch I've seen since I started doing marketing reports.

I miss my neighbors, for sure, mom.  But, I still see them a couple of times of year.  I particularly miss them on days like today when it's nice and cool and everyone typically gets out and walks around the neighborhood.
