My great friend Craig Barrett has bestowed upon me the great task of finding a Hidden Gem in the Rain.  While Craig himself is a fantastic contributor to the Rain and posts some phenomenal material such as Money and Job Growth? Forbes.com Best Places to Get Ahead I decided to expand my search.

Craig, you truly are a Hidden Gem that gives great gifts to the Rain through your posts!  Thanks for all you do!

I have read MANY blogs over the last few weeks and have really enjoyed the contributions to Localism, general posts regarding the numerous "what-if's" in this business and the great wisdom that many of the veterans have passed on.....I am suppose to find "a gem"?  This place is loaded with them!

Well, I did narrow my pick down to......................

CHERIMIE CRANE

Cherimie has a wonderful sense of humor!  If you read her blog you will see that "odd" things happen to Cherimie.....she just keeps on going!  She has taught me that it is okay to make mistakes - the important thing is how you recover from them.  She succeeds in doing it with grace and dignity.  Her LOCALISM is fantastic in showcasing the local flavor of Beaufort, SC.  Cherimie would be a great contender for Localism Success and Accountability Group!!!  For a taste of what Cherimie offers up I give you:
