Renovating Green - Yes or Don't Bother?

Home Stager with Home Staging 101 DVD - How-to sell your home for more, fast!

My best recommendation for Renovating Green is absolutely YES.  The benefits are measurable and the downside, well, I really can't find any.  Take light bulbs for example.  How many timeS have you replaceD the traditional type of bulb in your home.  I've done it plenty in the past.  Not any more since I spend a little more on energy efficient bulbs.  They're just better and the cost of use of these bulbs says I'm much better off.  In the case of light bulbs you save time and energy.  No more trips to the store for more and more.

Light bulbs are just a small home improvement that can improve anyones quality of life but when considering a major home renovation I'm suggesting it's worth the return on investment.  People appreciate the efficiencies and benefits of "green" and are asking for it.  I suggest finding a "green" renovator to consult with and consider the long term benefits to you and the potential buyer of your home since you will one day sell it.
