Henderson County Market Report, August 2013
The number of homes that sold in August was 155. This is up from last month’s 144, and last years 139 at this time. The numbers continue to hold strong.
The number of Days a home was on the market was 133 for August, and this was down from 185 last month and last August’s 161 days. Homes continue to sell quickly, and many are receiving multiple offers, so all of you buyers need to act fast!
