The difference between good and great can be simple: number one

One more phone call
One more follow up
One more email
One more letter
One more postcard
One more marketing piece in the mail
One more contact
One more smile
One more door knock
One more referral
One more listing
One more sale
One more thank you
One more text
One more offer
One more house previewed
One more broker's open
One more sales meeting
One more Open House

The extra effort you make may not pay off today or tomorrow, but ultimately it will.

We like to say that everything we do in real estate touches something else. Go out there and do one more thing!
