Lancaster Humane League's 24th Annual Tailwaggers Trot

Sunday, September 22nd is the Annual Tailwaggers Trot, this yearly event raises money for the Animal Rescue Fund. Held at Buchanan Park (905 Buchanan Ave, Lancaster)  this one mile walk with your dog starts at 11:15 am. From 12-4pm there are also bands, pet contests, food and more! There is a $5 admission for non-pet walkers. Different food vendors include Snack Attack, J.R's Brisket, Naters Taters, Urban Olive and more! 

Registration information can be found on the website here. You'll want to take your dog to the new dog park while you are at Buchanan Park; make sure dogs are wearing their rabies tag and dog license. 

Prizes for top Trotters:

-Each Trot­ter will receive a goody bag, water bot­tle, and offi­cial Trot t-shirt (must reg­is­ter by 9/15 to guar­an­tee a t-shirt)

-Top 3 indi­vid­ual Trot­ters and the top 3 Packs will receive prizes and recog­ni­tion in the HLLC’s pub­li­ca­tion, “Paw­Prints” and on their website.
