Yesterday admist my junk mail I received a flier that I feel I must pass on:

As real estate agents we often have no or poor health insurance.   Please help him if you can...This is one of the dangers of our society and of our trade.  Health insurance is often not easily available or prohibitively expensive.  This is a person who apparently needs help.  As an independent contractor if he does not work he does not get paid.  I have health insurance through my husbands' position at Boise State University.  Otherwise, I could not afford to be a real estate agent.
