Video is Where It is At! Are you Missing the BIG Opportunity to Get More Listings?
The brokers and agents that I am honored to coach and consult for and with have some amazing talents!
Some of the broker owners I work with have the ability to pull in resources and carve out niches that have propelled them to be on the Wall Street Journal's Trends list of most successful brokerages in the entire country.
One of the brokers I work with owns her own company Wescott Properties in Providence Rhode Island. She has created such a synergy in the arts community with the film departments of local colleges and universities to take real estate videos to a whole new level of professionalism and entertainment.
I am so impressed with the projects that Joy Riley- Wescott Properties is working on and wanted to share some of her videos with you. I think you will be quite impressed as well.
Remember though, you don't have to go out and buy the most expensive video equipment to do video for your listings or your niche markets. You can use your iPhone!
You don't have to have a team of editors and film directors from local colleges although that is such a phenomenal idea that perhaps you should:). You can use the free video editor right in YouTube!
This is one of Joy's videos that was recently completed about The Prominade Providence Loft Style living in Providence Rhode Island, an upscale apartment building:
Please click on the videos and watch a few of them to learn more about great video for real estate and also, please leave a comment for Joy about her videos on her YouTube account.
This is my favorite video of the Providence G building downtown Providence. I love the way she pulls in the lifestyle of urban living in Providence!
What a professional way to represent an REO in her market- here is a video of one of her homepath listings:
The video below is one of her older ones but I love the way she connects with you as she is walking and talking. This video is a bit longer but how she explains the REO business transformed into a neighborhood business is really insightful and educational. The fast pace, the short clips of interviews help to reset your attention and signals your brain to keep paying attention. Very good!
