I have spoken with two retail bankers that specialize in commercial loans under $2mill, getting longer term financing has become brutal.  Their UWing guidelines have tightened considerably...such as...it has to make sense and the borrower has to have a longer resume of experience.

I have seen an increase in commercial loan referrals from banks... it seems they having a harder time as well... more opportunities you us the brokers to work with different lenders...
