August Real Estate Market Report  Gwinnett County-Single Family Homes

Here is my August Real Estate Market Report for  Gwinnett  County

As of today there are 2,890 Active Listings on the market in Gwinnett County.

Homes are priced from $30,000-$6,250,000.

For the month of August there were 926 New Listings that came on the market. This is a jump in the new listing inventory.

Pending Sales (properties that went under contract) were 1,308 in the month of August. Most of these will close in the next 30 days.

785 Closed Sales occurred during the month of August. The prices ranged from $75,000 to $1,530,000 and average price was $198,672 and average sales price and the average Days on the Market was 55 days.

Gwinnett County is currently in a Sellers Market with just a 3 month supply.

Thanks Tammy!  Yes, Gwinnett is a pretty large county and based on new reports lately I hear we also have the largest school system in Georgia.
