Willowsprings, Franklin, TN - A Great Place to Live
Have you looked at Willowsprings lately? Can you say the real estate market in Franklin is back? I'll say it is back, it is back and then some!
Take a look below at the statistics for the Willowsprings neighborhood. The average sales is rapidly approaching the prices at the height of the market in 2007 and well above the 2006 levels.
If you haven't walked or driven this neighborhood, Willowsprings is located in southwest Franklin near Jim Warren park and the ball fields off of Hwy 96.
It is a good mix of main street - craftsman style homes with picket fences and rear-alley garages with a blend of more recent traditional homes on full sized lots with front drives and rear or side entry garages. If you are lucky, you get a home with water-front or at least with a view of the ponds.
All the homes have been built within the past 10 or so years. Amenities include pool, spring-fed ponds, sidewalks, and a look that reminds us of those cozy neighborhoods that we remember and loved growing-up.
