Market Commentary (Dan Rawitch)

Weak retail sales, horrible Michigan Sentiment and a good inflation number have us up an 1/8 or so in price on the MBS. I'd look for further moves to the high side of the trading range today, but I am not sure we will have the velocity to break through. If we touch the top, i would have my finger on the trigger, because if dont break through, it mean a journey (either fast of slow), back to the bottom of the range.
