Just how much can professional Home Staging make to online photos?
One of the homes that we staged was on the market a little over three months before "With Divine Style" was called in. I made an appointment to preview the home and then went online to check out the presentation of the home and how it was presented to potential buyers. Below were the two online photos of this bedroom.

When I arrived at the house I was told that the owner had moved and taken almost all of the furniture that I saw on the online photos. Here is the the same bedroom the day I previewed the home.

When we arrived to stage the house all the furniture had been removed except for 3 large pieces... so we incorporated them into our staging. This bedroom was left vacant... so we had a clean slate to work with.

Below was the new online photo that was put on the MLS... did it make a difference?
The staging was a success! Shortly after we staged this home we received a call that it was in Escow!
A very happy ending to this story!
