Hobby Lobby and Goodwill

Residents of Huntsville and the surrounding area are EXCITED that Hobby Lobby is coming to Huntsville. The closest Hobby Lobby has been Conroe or Lufkin, so we are thrilled to have one in our own back yard!

The Huntsville Item announced in the paper yesterday that the grand opening will be Monday, October 21. JUST in time for the holidays! You can read the entire article by clicking here.

I know my husband is THRILLED! :) I can hear him now... "Oh nooooooo....."

Hobby Lobby will be located in the Old Wal-Mart building on 11th Street. Goodwill is also going in at the same location, adjacent to Hobby Lobby.

Awe, just drag your hubby in there and march him over to the classic model cars to build and tell him to stay there until you get done shopping. Something tells me, he will be shopping at Hobby Lobby regularly!

Michael: Really?! That's awesome. I have to drag Rick, kicking and screaming! HA! But he is a wonderful hubby, he accommodates me! :) He won't have to now, because it will be here. Typically we are in Conroe for something else when I drag him to Hobby Lobby. HA!

I'm so happy for you... we don't have a Hobby Lobby in my area. The closest one to me is a couple of hours away. Oh well we have Michaels Craft Store and it will have to do till they bring a Hobby Lobby to my area. We do have fabulous Thrift stores around here though.

OHOH Joni - this is really bad news - just ask me!!!! I'm in the Hobby Lobby by me two or three times a week, LOL. I love all of their great products. They even have great home gadgets. And, their prices are really reasonable. So, when I say bad news - only bad for those of us crafters. Oh, and you'll probably find some great gift ideas for your Huntsville real estate clients.
