We saw a great article in our Press Journal this morning!!!  FINALLY!!   MARCH 12, 2008

According to HENRY FISHKIND, a prominent real estate economist, "IBELIEVE WE CAN SEE THE BOTTOM".  He goes on to say that the market shows signs of leveling off.  "2008 is the consolidation year, 2009 and 2010 will be better", said FISHKIND.

 Outstanding! We can see the end is near in Panama City Beach, FL Real Estate too! Hopefully the economy begins to rebound this year as well....
