This month saw 31homes sold in Tenafly compared with 34 sold in July, and is up from 25 sold in August last year.
The Summer Market is winding down in Bergen County, with well presented listings seeing multiple offers on a regular basis. With mortgage rates fluctuating slightly, but still lingering around the lowest rates in history, it continues to be a terrific time to buy a home, and with many buyers out there, it is one of those rare times when it is also a good time to sell.
