Every year our sphere looks forward to receiving the ONE THING that we believe that they most appreciate from us. Yes...we give them helpful maintenance hints...referrals to lenders and contractors....suggestions for entertainment to new residents....but the ONE THING that they mention the most often is wall calendar that we send out every year.
