There is a decline in the trend for median home prices in Montgomery County, Maryland in August - sharply contrasting the rising Spring Market where everyone was saying it was the perfect storm of lower prices and lower interest rates. As interest rates have climbed and the normal seasonal slowdown occurs we see both volume and median prices slipping.
