He does in fact live at the Westin Tower. My boyfriend did a service call there today and he met him. He lives on the top three floors which I'm assuming is one big penthouse. But apparently you have to be starstruck and bow at his feet to get a tip for the work you do for him. I guess he doesn't understand that not only waitresses get tipped for serving you.
