Carla, Very nice looking listing. Being from New Jersey, I can't believe the price. How much would this house rent for?  I am a Realtor from New Jersey and I also invest.

Lisa, Truthfully - there are not a lot of homes for rent in this area, but a home such as this, usually would rent somewhere around $1100 to $1200. But Lorain County has been hit with a lot of job losses, business/companies closing up & moving elsewhere. There are some homeowners willing to take a lower amount for rent, to entice that renter to stay long term - such as a 2 yr lease. Just last year, I sold 2 homes very similar to this one, both split levels, 3 bedrooms, 1.1 baths, 2 car garage, similar square footage & year built, selling for $147,500 & $150,000. So being at $135,000 is a good price for our area. With credit tightening up, it's a great time to buy investment properties - since there will be more "renters" out there, instead of buyers, like we've had.
