Two days after I listed this home, a sweet lady called from North Carolina called and asked it it would be worthwhile to drive down to see it. After several conversations, she called again and said they were coming down and would be here Tuesday afternoon. Could I show it to them. Of course I could; in fact, I showed them several homes. Then we went back to mine.

We wrote an offer on my listing that was accepted, and we closed on that home yesterday. They are such a nice couple and they knew what they wanted.
