Hello everyone,
I’m back today with another neighborhood showcase page just added to the site, this one focusing on a community of waterfront luxury homes over off Greenville Loop Road called Cedar Island, which is at the end of Old Military Road (where it becomes Cedar Island Road) on the east side of town.
Unique in its location, Cedar Island gives its residents the feeling of being tucked away from it all while remaining conveniently close to schools, shopping, and dining in Wilmington, and just minutes from the beach. For boaters, it’s about a close as you can get to the Masonboro Inlet, meaning you can be out on the open ocean in minutes from your back door.
