I have added several articles to this table of contents and I'm not sure how many were seen because they get put at the bottom of the pile again.

Those are certainly the two most important concepts for realtor since their profession is largely dependent on their reputation. Search engine optimization is a factor as well, but that's more of a broker web site factor than it is for individual agents. Just make sure you show up in google for your name. :) Unless your name is Joe Smith, then you have a problem.
