Another Braemar Carriage Home Under Contract!

Listing property in my own neighborhood of Braemar is a special treat for me.  This listing of a Parkdale model Carriage home was no exception.  It hit the market on August 25, 2013 priced at $379,000, which according to stats I ran for the latest installment of Braemar Property Values for Carriage homes was 107% higher than the average market value.

That same report indicated that Carriage homes average about 34 days on the market.  Not this one!  It was under contract in 22 days.  That's 35% faster than the average marketing time.

Richard:  I can't divulge the final sales price until it closes, only the list price it had when it went under contract.

Lloyd:  I love momentum, especially selling in my own neighborhood.
