Pensacola Real Estate Listing Series- Part One

This is part one of the seller series that is strictly about hiring the right agent to sell your home. This Realtor's chief responsibility is deciding the right price to sell your house at. Keith Furrow and Associates have over thirty years of experience that you need to navigate these markets. They are knowledgeable because they have witnessed this market go up and down through all those years. Eveything regarding the market is a hyper-local thing. The best way to decribe hyperlocal is to describe where I grew up, Detroit. In Detroit, one block is completely different that the other. Some houses are bigger on one block, more luxurious on another, and more compact on others. School district sometimes detemine you hyper-local area, and sometimes not.

Without an experienced Realtor you will not being able to determine your hyperlocal area. Our goal as a listing agent is to get you every dollar that is possible. There is a five percent window that is involved in every real estate transaction. On the top of that five percent window is the listing agent, we fight for that five percent. The buyer's agent is always fighting for their buyer to be at the bottom of that five percent window. With our experience, we are constantly aware of where that five percent window is. Personally, I attend every seminar and meeting which keeps me up to date and project into the future. If you don't know what to look for, the house will not be priced correctly.
