City Homes, a division of Centex Homes, has released more information on their townhome development Presidio just west of the Montgomery Plaza on west 7th Street in Fort Worth. They are planning to start pre-sales in early February. Pricing is said to start out in the "low $200,000's" according to one of their representatives. There will be two and three story units with sizes ranging from 1,850 to 2,000 square feet.
