Cobblestone Ranch is a Richmond American Home community located off Highway 83, Castle Rock, nestled between Parker and Franktown. Much of the neighborhood is established with homes in built in 2007, however it continues to grow with new construction. Currently lots are available to build from the Richmond American Homes Dream Collection.
Most of the homes are 3-4 bedrooms, 2000-3000 square feet, and feature a 3-car attached garage. The average lot size is 6000-8000 square feet. Many of the homes have full basements. Some have garden level or walk-out basments.

Compared to the same time last year (January-July), Cobblestone Ranch is currently experiencing a more balanced market. Home prices are holding steady, however the days on market are longer.
