Thanks for sharing Tony!  Since the beginning of the year it is non stop and I have had a couple of "let's write a contract" 's after showing one house and being involved in multiple offer situations.  I think we are in for a great ride in 2007!

Hi Tony~ In the East Bay Area things are heating back up. Inventory under $1 mil is starting to get back into multiple offers. I did the marketing on one on Friday, by Monday it was sold:)

Washington DC

Traffic is picking up, maybe 4 fold. But prices are still dropping for homes that have sat. Properly priced home WILL still sell in one week. I tell my buyers that I would rather they get a home that is properly priced at full list then buy one for $50k off that is $100k overpriced. This is a HARD hurdle to overcome for some buyers. But when they like 1 or 2 places and suddenly they are gone, they learn slowly.

I, too, get that survey and I tell you, I use it to keep in touch with my clients.  I send them updates and that keeps them well informed.  They appreciate that.
