So, in our Keller Williams Realty Services office, my personal office is on the inside... which means I have no windows. I could get to work at 8 a.m., stay til 5 p.m., and have no idea what the weather has been like outside.
It's never really bothered me, seeing how my ability to see outside would only make me wish I was outside, instead of sitting at my desk, starring at this computer screen. (Maybe I should paint clouds on my ceiling?) However, today I've thought about it, and I really wish I could be outside. It's overcast here, and there is a light breeze, which makes this a great day in Louisiana.
Barely any humidity, and the sun isn't blazing hot. For those of you who have never been to south Louisiana, I'll let you in on a little secret... This rarely happens. For the past week, it's been 105 degress with 75% humidity and not a cloud in sight. So, today, I think I might take my laptop, my phone and my paperwork and head to the patio furniture outside.
It's Friday afterall.
Well, I've decided. I'm going outside. I'm going to trade these four blue walls for the open blue-gray sky.
