Looks good Lissa, how is the weather today?  We have had two cloudy days and everyone is getting cranky.  It's amazing weather in south Florida, we are starting to see buyers coming back.  Anyone looking for a second home?

Brian: It's 48 degrees right now. We have a 50% chance of storms today. I'm so thankful for yesterday!

Charles: Thank you. The majority of homes being sold in the least amount of time seem to be in the $80,000 to $140,000 range.

Tom: We seem to have several "lookers" right now. The media still has people too scared to commit.

Duane: I'm afraid I'm gonna have to be a little greedy with the heat. I've been waiting for it for what seems like an eternity! We actually got out on the Harley last night to run our errands. It was great!

Lissa, awesome on getting the Harley out! I understand about the greed, for that I'm keeping our 20 degree weather and not sharing. LOL

Hey Lissa "Nurse"!  Our weather is really nice here too.  Love the Thomas Kincaid pictures.  I have a idea for you, why don't you start a Harley Motorcyle group, Or a Biker group, or a something like that, I bet there are lots of bikers in here. Now me, I am NOT one of those since I was in a bad wreck when I was 16 and that put an end to riding a motorcycle for me!

Vickie: Thomas Kincade is my favorite! I have over a hundred of his pics on a disk. I am currently a member of 3 different biker groups. Motorcyclists, AR Bikers, and Harley Owners. For me, getting out for a ride is emotional therapy!

I would defiantly say it is a good time to buy Property here in Lebanon MO, and a few are taking advantage.  Closing Craziness has begun, as Mortgage Lenders and Real Estate Agents are over-anxious to get these properties Closed.  Tensions are a little high, I have noticed, as it has been a long-cold-slow Selling winter and everyone is pushing hard to get properties sold in record-breaking time.  It seems that some in the area have forgotten the "Ethics" of it all....but there are still a few that have not compromised their morality to get the job done.  I am curious to see how the summer plays out.  All I know is I really enjoy working my regular hours, and pray that it does not slow down enough that I have to go back to part time again!  Gotta love the Craziness!!!!

Lil' Bit: As the temperatures start to rise, so does the number of potential buyers. Seller's with homes that did not sell over the fall and winter are starting to gain hope that maybe this is the time to try again. I too, am anxious. I can feel great things happening this summer.
