Yes, we had multiple offers on this property because we priced it right. We went in to win the fight with this market and all the odds against us. Nothing in this complex had sold in months. There are over 40 foreclosures in this one condo development. The last sale was in October! Yes, you read that right! October! Seeing that you priced the home right, marketed with a plan, made price reductions when necessary and just gave a diligent effort, I hope that other potential sellers are lucky enough to see how you perform. Seems like you had a tough enough task that you completed. "I thought it would be impossible..." coming out of the sellers mouth should be testament enough for a tough assignment completed. Mark- Thank you very much for your nice commentary. This one really tough listing, the last sale before ours was last October. That was not a good comp due to the drop in prices since then. It did seem near impossible but we stuck to our guns and Nestor just did not give up on getting the lender to understand what was going on.
Laurie- It is important to share successes on Active Rain because it gives encouragement to others. But also, I wrote this post so that sellers in our area will see that we can get the job done and are good at doing short sales. Thanks for your supportive comment.

Bill- Thank you for your support! We go for it and don't stop until the job is done! Most agents would have quit after about the third try on this deal! It was a nightmare. Even the seller said no way it was going to happen.
Katerina, I didnt think it was appropriate to post testimonials in my blogs and I cant answer why. I am not sure if I'm uncomfortable about tooting my own horn but it's actually not. I guess I have a whole new perspective about testimonials now. Thanks for sharing.
