August was a good month for Real Estate in Rhinebeck 12572. The number of homes sold in the town was almost 3 times what it was last year. 10 of the homes sold had price reductions before getting an offer. The most expensive sale was the only home without a reduction.
The homes listed during the month were mostly three bedroom homes. The most expensive home was first listed at $3,750,000 and later adjusted upward to $3,900,000
If Real Estate in Rhinebeck 12572 continue to sell at August pace for the rest of the year, sales in the last 4 months of the year could exceed the total sale in the Town of Rhinebeck in 2012 when it was 43. Will this happen? Only time will tell.
